What kind of services do you offer?

We offer services tailored to meet our clients' needs.  We specialize in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions, amongst others. Please reach out to our office for more information about your specific needs.

How do I know if I need therapy?

If you're experiencing feelings of distress, discomfort, or difficulty in any aspect of your life that persist over time, therapy may be beneficial. This can include anxiety, depression, grief, relationship troubles, and more. Therapy can also be helpful if you simply want to gain a better understanding of yourself or if you're seeking personal growth.

How do I make an appointment?

You can make an appointment by calling our office directly or by completing the intake form on our website. We will then get in touch to discuss your needs and schedule a suitable time for your first session.

Are all conversations confidential?

Yes, all conversations you have with your therapist are kept strictly confidential in accordance with the professional Code of Ethics (ACA).

What should I expect on my first visit?

During your first visit, your therapist will typically go over your personal history, discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, and explore your goals for treatment. This is a chance for both of you to determine if it's a good fit. You are encouraged to ask any questions you may have. It's okay to feel a bit nervous or unsure - that's completely normal.

Can therapy be done over the phone?

Yes, we offer teletherapy sessions over the phone and via video conferencing, in addition to traditional in-person sessions. Teletherapy provides the flexibility for you to engage in therapy in a setting that may be more comfortable or convenient for you.

Do you offer therapy for children/adolescents?

Yes, we are trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques that are effective for this age group, taking into account their unique developmental needs.
